About this Talk
Despite laws, there is physical violence in Kenyan Schools; at least in some schools, to some extent. We present evidence from teachers and children social workers. Tushinde runs a student safety programme in Nairobi. Using the ‘Good Schools Toolkit’, developed by Ugandan based Raising Voices, we are targeting students, teachers, and parents, to educate, reduce violence, and make our partner schools safer spaces.
