Teresita Poblete Achondo is the Coordinator of the Programme for the Promotion and Protection of Rights in a virtual environment at the Inter-American Children´s Institute (IIN-OAS). She is an educational psychologist with a master's degree in Children's Rights and Public Policy from the University of the Republic (UdelaR), Uruguay.
She has a Diploma in Childhood and Adolescence in the Digital Age from the National University of Villa María, Argentina and training in Human Rights and New Technologies: repercussions, risks and protection from a regional perspective from the MERCOSUR Institute for Public Policy in Human Rights.
