Mulemba Ndonji is a social development enthusiast with over 7 years of experience in transformative development approaches in both rural and urban areas of Zambia. She has worked in cross-cutting multi-sectoral programming, coordinated child protection projects acquiring a prowess in project management, systems strengthening, informing policy, child protection and participation, community mobilisation and participation, capacity building, as well as communication for development. She is the Child Protection and Wellness Manager at Time + Tide Foundation and in her role, she provides support across all programs in implementing the child safeguarding policy as well as coordinating holistic well-being through psychosocial support and health interventions for beneficiaries on the home-based education. Mulemba has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Development Studies and a Master of Communication for Development; both obtained from the University of Zambia.
