Elser is a Development Practitioner, holding a Master of Science degree in Development Practice from Trinity College Dublin (TCD). With a wealth of experience working and leading transformative development interventions across South America, Elser currently serves as Vice President of Programs at A Chance In Life, a New York-based nonprofit organization founded in Italy in 1945. In this role, he accompanies over 37 local organizations in 11 countries across Latin America, Africa, Asia, and Europe. Elser also leads the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Team at A Chance In Life, exemplifying his commitment to advancing sustainable and impactful global development efforts.
