About this speaker
Catalina is currently the Educational Programs Director at the UiPath Foundation, where she leads the organisations comprehensive portfolio of projects and initiatives within Romania. Her work is centred around providing educational opportunities to underprivileged children, empowering them to unlock their potential and equipping them for the challenges of tomorrow, all while making a meaningful impact on communities at large. Within her role, Catalina spearheads diverse programs, including integrated socio-educational interventions, digital literacy and technology integration in education, early education development, and enhancing teachers' readiness. She also champions the critical cause of raising awareness about safeguarding issues concerning organisations working directly with children. In addition to her role at the UiPath Foundation, Catalina serves as a board member for NABU Romania, the local arm of NABU Global. NABU is a global organisation with a mission to eliminate illiteracy by providing access to culturally responsive, mother-tongue stories for children through digital means.
