My education background is in Social Sciences, Clinical Psychology and have an Executive Professional Master on Social Innovation and Management provided by Vienna University- Executive Academy. During 14 years of working experience have held different management and technical roles across Europe. For 7 years have lead two delegations of Terre des hommes and the other 7 years have lead the developing child welfare programs, drafting and delivery of training curricula for child welfare professionals, advocacy and lobbying related to numerous aspects of child protection systems, safeguarding an in-depth knowledge of the programs in the social field in Europe. I'm passionate about social innovation, sustainability and child rights and empowerment.
